HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?
When your order is processed and packaged you will receive a confirmation shipping email with tracking information. Please allow 5-7 business days for USPS to update tracking information once you receive your confirmation email. Please check your spam file for this email, as it can sometimes be filtered accidentally.
MY PACKAGE SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship via USPS. Once the order is processed an invoice will be sent to you. The tracking link can be found at the bottom of the invoice. USPS can take 2 to 3 days from the date the package is picked up to update their tracking link.
Standard orders are processed within 2 business days.
In rare cases transit delays may occur. In such cases, we will make a claim on your behalf to request a refund for the delayed delivery and we’ll return the money to you when the claim is processed by the carrier.
However, we cannot be responsible for service commitments by the carriers.
Time in Transit is estimated by the carriers and not guaranteed.
Weekends and US federal holidays are not considered business days.
Shipments are processed Monday - Friday.
DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY STATIONS?
All U.S. military personnel are considered to reside in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed, for shipping purposes. Because of this standard, there are certain special guidelines you must follow to deliver an order to a military address.
• Address the package like normal with the recipient’s name and other information.
• Instead of city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office).
• Instead of state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• Enter the zip code provided by the military.
• For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
